Mark Murad has been a REALTOR® for four years striving to provide his clients with superior customer service demonstrated by his constant communication, putting their needs first and his continuing education. He has recently earned his Certified Distressed Properties Expert (CDPE) designation and his Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation to better serve his buyer client’s needs. Since joining the Hahn Team, he has worked with Simon Hahn on several short sale transactions in the past year. Mark grew up in Fairfax County and currently he, his wife, and boys live in Loudoun County where he specializes in the South Riding and Stone Ridge Neighborhoods while he has also helped real estate clients in Loudoun County, Fairfax County, Prince William County, Arlington County and the Cities of Fairfax, Falls Church and Alexandria.
