I want to sincerely thank you everything you did to make the short sale on our home a success.  It was an especially difficult and emotional decision for us since it was our first home and we were very attached to it after spending so much of our time, energy, and money on a complete renovation.  Unfortunately, our need to relocate made it necessary to sell, and we could not have done it without you.
